FAQs
How soon do I need to register?
We recommend registering as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will sell tickets on the day of the event if we have availability.
What is included in the cost?
Registration includes all sessions, the Friday night after party, lunch on Saturday and a special gift. We’ll have a fun photo booth and the opportunity to shop in the Zoe Foundation boutique.
Can I just pay for the sessions I attend?
All Zoe Conference tickets are priced to give you access to the entire conference, rather than paying per session. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Are there refunds for tickets?
All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you can give your tickets to a friend or family member.
Will I receive e-tickets for my order?
Yes. As soon as the order transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your e-tickets are attached to your confirmation email as a PDF file. You can show your e-tickets on your phone for admission or you can print them. Please check your junk email folder if the confirmation email is not in your inbox.
Can I bring my children with me?
Because Zoe Conference is a ticketed adult event, children are not permitted in the auditorium. Kids Life is only available for pre-registered children. We offer Kids Life for children 6 weeks to 4 years at a rate of $10 per child for the entire conference. If your daughter is in middle school or high school, register them at our special student rate.
What do I need for check-in?
Check-in starts on Friday at 6:00p and is available at our main building entrances in the front and back. For a smooth check-in, have your e-ticket ready to scan when you arrive.
Do I need my registration wristband on both days?
Yes! Wristbands are required for entry into the Auditorium. If you forget your wristband or lose it, just stop by one of our check-in stations.
Is seating assigned?
All seating is general admission so arrive early to secure a great seat. The building doors will open 1 hour before all sessions and the auditorium doors and Kids Life will open 30 minutes before each session. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time for parking and check-in so you are in your seat when we begin.
What should I bring?
We encourage you to bring a Bible, notebook and a friend!
What should I wear?
We encourage you to dress to impress on Friday Night for our Red Carpet After Party. If you get cold easily, you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket for the auditorium.
Is a Spanish translation of the sessions available?
Translation services are available in Spanish during the conference.
What if I need assistance?
If you need assistance with wheelchair seating or a hearing or visual impairment, we’re here to help! Just let our team know by emailing us at zoe@thelifechurch.com.
Can I sponsor someone to attend Zoe?
Every year our generosity helps make it possible for other women to be a part of Zoe Conference. You can donate at thelifechurch.com/give by selecting the “Life Women’s Foundation” fund.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes. To apply for a partial scholarship, please complete the application at zoeconference.com/scholarship.
