Frequently Asked Questions
Registration & Tickets
How soon do I need to register?
We recommend registering as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
What is included in the cost?
Registration includes all sessions, the After Show on Friday, breakfast on Saturday and a special gift. We’ll have fun photo opportunities and you can shop in the Zoe Store.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will sell tickets on the day of the event if we have availability.
Can I just pay for the sessions I attend?
All Zoe Conference tickets are priced to give you access to the entire conference, rather than paying per session. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Are there refunds for tickets?
All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you can give your tickets to a friend or family member.
Will I receive e-tickets for my order?
Yes. As soon as the order transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your e-tickets are attached to your confirmation email as a PDF file. You can show your e-tickets on your phone for admission or you can print them. Please check your junk email folder if the confirmation email is not in your inbox.
Can I bring my children with me?
Zoe Conference is a ticketed event for women. No children under 6th grade will be permitted at the conference. If your daughter is in middle school or high school, register them at our special student rate. We encourage attendees to make childcare arrangements before purchasing a ticket.
At the Conference
What is the After Show?
On Friday night, join us for our first-ever Zoe After Show! Following our evening session, we will have a short intermission before reconvening in the main auditorium for a hosted event packed with fun, laughter and unforgettable moments. From live entertainment and audience games to incredible prizes, giveaways and a few snacks, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
What do I need for check-in?
Check-in is available at the conference starting Friday at 6:00p and at our main building entrances in the front and back. For a smooth check-in, have your e-ticket ready to scan when you arrive.
Do I need my registration wristband on both days?
Yes! Wristbands are required for entry into the building. If you forget or lose your wristband, just stop by one of our check-in stations.
Is seating assigned?
All seating is general admission, so arrive early to secure a great seat. The building doors will open one hour before all sessions. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time for parking and check-in so you are in your seat when we begin.
Is childcare provided?
While families are extremely important to us, there will not be childcare available during the conference, and we are unable to accommodate children. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend Zoe Conference.
What should I bring?
We encourage you to bring a Bible, notebook and a friend!
What should I wear?
If you get cold easily, consider bringing a light sweater or jacket for the auditorium.
Is a Spanish translation of the sessions available?
Translation services are available in Spanish during the conference.
What if I need assistance?
If you need assistance with wheelchair seating or a hearing or visual impairment, we’re here to help! Just let our team know by emailing us at [email protected].
Giving & Serving
Are there scholarships available?

Can I sponsor someone to attend Zoe?
Every year, our generosity helps make it possible for other women to be a part of Zoe Conference. You can donate at thelifechurch.com/give by selecting the “Zoe Conference Scholarship” fund.
Are there opportunities to serve?
If you attend The Life Church and have completed Discovery, we would love for you to serve at Zoe Conference.
